Terms & conditions of sale

1. SCOPE
These Terms & Conditions of Sale (“TCS”) apply to all orders placed by customers (“You”) on the website https://www.didnotfinish.com (“the Site”) for the purchase of DNF branded products. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. PRODUCTS & PRICING

Descriptions: Products are described as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to digital display or manufacturing processes.
Pricing: All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include French VAT (TVA). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Availability: Products are available while stocks last. In the event of a “DNF” on our side (out of stock after order), we will notify you and provide a full refund.

3. ORDERING & PAYMENT

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
We accept payments via Credit Card/PayPal
We reserve the right to cancel any order for legitimate reasons (e.g., suspected fraud or payment dispute).

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship from Paris, France, to Europe, U.K., North America and case-by-cae in many country.
Delivery Times: Estimates are provided at checkout. DNF cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
Customs: For international orders outside the EU, you are responsible for any import duties or local taxes.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)

In accordance with EU law, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to change your mind and return the product for a refund.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags attached.
Return Costs: Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer unless the product arrived damaged.

6. WARRANTIES & LIABILITIES

Legal Warranty: Our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects.
Usage: Our apparel is designed for lifestyle wear. We are not liable for any injury or damage occurring while using our products in high-risk environments, such as motor racing tracks.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Purchasing a product does not grant you any rights to the “DNF” or “Did Not Finish” trademarks, designs, or logos.

8. GOVERNING LAW
These TCS are governed by French Law. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Paris, France.
